2. We Email you shipping instructions including our address.
3. Send the clothes using a waterproof mailing bag.
(Please be informed that shipping cost is at your own expense.)
Baby clothing: 3-5 items for a 24cm bear, 5-8 items for a 30cm bear, 10-12 items for a 40cm bear.
Adult clothing: Just one item ( min. 60x60cm fabric ) for a 24cm bear, 1-2 items for a 30cm bear, 2-3 items for a 40cm bear.
4. Please wait for 10-12 weeks from the day we receive the materials to the day we ship it out.
5. We will send you some photos of your keepsake bear when it's ready.
(We do not keep leftover fabric, unless specifically requested.)
